Hey TR...I just boosted my ls with stock intenals last night...i have a walbro255, dsm 450 injectors, log manifold with a 50 trim t3/t4....i have a basemap...i am getting spark and i know i have fuel pressure at the rail...i dont have the turbo piping hooked up yet because i wanted to just see if it started...its turns over and sounds like it wants to start but wont stay runnning...i tryed my stock ecu again and the same thing happened..i changed my cap and rotor and still the same thing...maybe its off time a tooth? idk..lmk guys

Why would timing be off? Did you touch the timing belt at all? My guess is the basemap is not correct. Try slapping in the stock injectors just for the moment and try starting it. Don't rev it at all but just check and see if the car runs. Also, what type of injectors did you get? Did you buy the correct ones for that setup? (peak and hold or saturated)

i say that the timing would be off because i removed the head and put a new head gasket and APS in..I am pretty sure the head and all the components are put back together correctly. i took my time and iv done this many times before...the injectors are dsm 450's..i am running them on a resistor box as i was with the stock ones...im not sure if they are saturated or not nor did that even cross my mind lol...but the are dsm 450 blue tops...i am sure timing is right but i could be wrong!

Ok yea you need a resistor box for those. They are peak and hold just fyi. I would check over timing again if I were you since you did all that good stuff. You have fuel in the tank? Are you positive it is getting spark (did you take a plug out and check it?)

yeah man..i took every plug out and they are getting spark...i have fuel in the tank and i have fuel pressure at the rail...maybe the injector plugs are mixed up??? maybe the basemap i got from phearable.net is messed up??? the car ran fine before i took it apart lol...so i know my dizzy is good and all my wiring should be good...does it matter if my piping is connected????

Is ignition timing correct?

No the car will run even with the piping disconnected but you wont want to free rev it because you will over spool the turbo and damage it. Do you know the injectors are good? Take a 9volt battery and test the injectors with it. They should click open when you apply power and ground to them. Take a separate lead from the 9v negative and one from the positive and put them to the injector. (don't do this with them plugged into the car harness)

what year ? do you have a resisitor box ? if you don't you probably are flooding the engine..........if you are unsured if the timing is right start with a compression test.hope this help..............

Alright...i ripped the valve cover off to redo timing and realized i had a stuck valve...it would go down and not come back up..i am gonna take this as i have a bent valve...as it got stuck the piston will come up and smack the valve shut but cause the lifter to fly out of proportion...so would this one intake valve cause the motor not to run...i have another ls head that im gonna throw together tomorrow and see what results i get...

check compresion first after that try to get a noid light kit to check if you got pulsation on the injectors clips
