need heaers install intructions
I just got the headers and high flow cat an a 00 EX
and I would like to save $80 putting them myself
I guess its not harder than take apart and put together in inverse order but I would like instructions with pics or graphics just in case..and to see what would be the easiest way
if u know how or know of a web page let me know
I couldnt find any

pop the hood jack up the car look at stock exhaust manifold from the open hood point of view. Now crawl under the car and look at the exhaust manifold from under the car and notice where it bolts to the cat. If you cant figure out how to put it on after looking at in from the points of view that I just mentioned then it would be wise that you not work on your car. They are very simply to do just look at it and it will all come together. As far as the o2 sensor goes (the only forseen problem you should run into) unplug the o2 sensor at the harness and take the stock manifold off with hte 02 sensor still in it. With the manifold off the car take the o2 sensor off and put it in the new header.
you got headers? since when did they make 2 for the 00 ex? I thought they only made a header

header: 3: A pipe that serves as a central connection for two or more smaller pipes.
In the case of 4-2-1 headers there are two headers serving as a central connection (4-2) and another one serving as a final connection (2-1) in which case it actually makes an exhaust manifold composed od tree headers .
By the way TX rob the only thing I was really wondering if the 02 sensor is removable in one piece and if there was any other parts to be taken out in order to do this swap

yeah like i said its easier to wait till the manifold is out of the car to get the o2 sensor off because its very hard to get out you may wanna just spray it with liquid wrench wd-40 or some other form of penetrating oil and let it sit for awhile then find the largest longest wrench you can find that will fit on there cause chances are yuore gonna need all the leverage you can get. And its threaded normally so if youre struggling with it and it isnt coming out DO NOT think that it is reverse threaded because it IS NOT!

If anyone believe that they shouldnt be working on a car.

On another note be wary of where you spray the penetrating oil. You dont want to get it in the O2 sensor vents just apply it around the bung and no where else.

I think that was in reference to the definition of header or headers.
