i think he means the tolerance range. im not going to tell you because theres plenty of info on the net and if you're building a motor you should have a factory service manual with you.

or go to the machine shop, standardize the crank and run acl race bearings.

i like my cranks how they came from honda. no need removing material if its not nessecary. just get a inside & outside micrometer set, dial bore guage telescoping bore guages if youre cheap lol. add the inside and outside measurements and multiply that by bearing thicknesses from the honda bearing chart to find your proper clearances. .0015 is right in the middle of the spec. remember plastiguage is your friend.

lol thats so stupid...if you standardize the crank to the thickest bearing journal then its the same amount of material it came with from honda, just the same all the way across...obviously if honda made one bearing thicker than the others then its ok to run them all at the same tolerance. you spend $200 on honda bearings when you can spend $200 on standardizing your crank and getting acl bearings.

^PLUS the crank will be back to a polished glass surface like it was when first installed less chance of problems

^always got my back lol....rang and i build A LOT of motors, standardizing a crank on a honda is standard practice on a rebuild. it won't cause reliability issues, you will be fine. if ur worried about it buy an eagle crank.
