Default wierd noise from passenger side tire area

I have a 1990 EF with an ls in it however the axle has been replaced as well as outter tierod end ever since then the car acts funny. The noise is like something is rubbing or something isnt set right it sonds like a metal on metal cant really explain it but im thinking maybe the tierod wasnt adjusted right and being my alignment is off a bit that that could cause but not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I got you beat...did all ball joints, alignment, tires, rims, struts, springs, camber kit, steering rack ends, bushings in front crossmember, axles, and even went as far as to dent in some of the wheel well where I thought it would be rubbing and it ended up being the wheel bearing lol.
