Default 95 accord drivetrain issues

It only drives and goes into gear when it wants.

Flushed it and put new fluid in it,the old was nastyyyyyy.

Fluid is fresh.

When I have the car in the air,the axle will rotate all day in drive gear.Sometimes it stops. No Noises of any kind.
When I have the car on the ground back together with the wheels on,It doesnt move.

ANY HELP APPRECIATED.TAKING AXLE OUT AS WE SPEAK !

ITS OUT OF THE HUB,I AM ABOUT TO GET IT OUT OF THE TRANS.

CAN IT BE IN PARK,DOES IT HAVE TO BE IN NEUTRAL?
