Default boxes in the pass side kick panel in a da

i have a 91 da and im having trouble staring it after it runs for a couple of minutes, i remover the carpet and the pass side kick panel and i notcie i have a seat belt activator box that controls the electronic seat belts, theres a green plug in that is not connected to anything, just wondering whats supposed to be pluged into that connector.....

ATTENTION.... installing a head gasket, head studs or pistons and rods in your otherwise STOCK engine dose not make it a "built" engine! stop listing you cars for sale saying they are built when its not!!

lol just leave them alone. they are disconnected cuz thats how they are supposed to be.
