Help with a smoking exhaust problem

i was just watching some youtube videos and i saw a few new turbo cars that had just turned on were smoking formt he exhaust and the engine which myn did also so is it normal to smoke from the exhaust due to all the new upgrades and shit? or will the smoke/ moisture cause problems a few months from now?
