Default Del Sol Fuel Pump Help!!!!!

Ok, so I have replaced the main relay with a known good used one, it clicks now, but still no fuel pressure. I can run jumper wires to the pump (out of the car) and it runs. What the hell else is in this circuit? I am beyond perplexed. This is on my dad's 168k miles daily driver, no mods at all, so any advice will be much appreciated!!!

Thanks for reading....
