Ok then yupp ur best bet is just finding a d16 bottom end short block they are pretty cheap be easier then rebuilding just swap out the bottomends

thats a very fast tick for it to be a rod bearing, or maybe its just the video. Pull off the vc and make sure all the valve tappet nuts are on the adjusters.
