Default Car wont blow hot air when on heater....

Yo tr. I was just wondering what i should look for. My car will not blow out hot air even if i have my ac thing on heat...

Anyone know a fix for this or wat i should look for?

pop your hood there should be a lil valve like this going intot he firewall make sure its open

i believe it is open. I have pulled that little lever in and out lol. which is open? in or out? Anything else that could be wrong?

theres a cable that goes from the hot or cold lever to the the vent control box and then to that valve. check the cable. the cable moves the doors aroung in the box so the air passes over the heater core, if the doors are broken or the cable isnt moving them you dont get heat...also you might have the heater hoses hooked up wrong. also the heator core could be clogged.

That valve is called the heater control valve. Turn the car on and let it warm up. Feel the hoses on both sides. Then switch it on the inside, the other way, then feel again. One is going to be hot (assuming your coolant is full), the other side should get hot if its open. GL!

at winter time cause that bitch do get COLD....in my hatch i have no a\c and i am cool with that but it does have heat and cant do without that at winter time.....

Your hose is probably plugged. A buddys accord was, packed solid with some seriously nasty crap.. no wonder he had no heat.
