lol....

not sure if that would work cause i am thinking that the window winder will still have to be connected if for some reason the motor fails to crank the window up and down. so if it would be possible and using the motor to control the window the window winder will have a windmill effect everytime...just my.02

it was just a thought i woke up with today haha.. i want the power windows cuz i like to ride with them down.. and i hate having to reach over and roll them down.. but if anything were to ever happen like a power shortage or i crash into water and they short.. i would like to know i have a manual back up you know?? just wondering if anyone had ever done that..

lol well scary you think in that way..but his right you cant have both that option on the door, only way i see that happeneing is cutting and welding a handle to it...but as long as you have good motors then stay with the power windows

dont do manual windows stay with power. if ur powers shorts out from water itll short ur whole car soo therefore u wouldnt be driving. and to find a good window motor isnt that hard they got bunches of them ace's off of adamo 60 i believe.

They still work underwater..or at least older cars do, maybe some newer computerized auto ones might have problems, but dc electric motors run underwater.
