i gotta blown main bearing in my turbo d16 civic and i came across a f20b engine swap, its from 97-01 jdm accord type R's for sumthin like $2100. seems lika good deal seeings how it has 200hp and 149 lb-ft of torque same hp and more torque than the jdm itr motor which is twice as expensive. i was wonderin if any body has done one of these swaps or if it sounds like a good idea. pretty much just want opinions. the only drawback i thought of was getting replacement parts cause its jdm engine only.

 

i have one! can use alot of h22 parts.

 

its the same as putting a H22 in your car. Get the mount kit, axles OR even better H2B kit and run stock mounts n stock axles.

okay cool does the kit from catalog_product look like it has everything i need. i already gotta hondata s300 will i be able to use that with this swap
