Default harsh clutch disengagment, all stock?

everything in stock, except a napa replacement clutch master, and the clutch disengages in about 1 inch of pedal movement, i have adjusted the pedal in every way possible, no change. do you think the master was overbored a little too much? it is a reman.

when i did the swap i got a brand new clutch kit and had the flywheel resurfaced.

not sure if it matters but i have the pedal adjusted all the way up and theres still about an inch of play before it even hits the cylinder.

im thinking they have to have fucked up the master when they rebuilt it or used a wrong piece or somthing. im gonna try and buy a new one next week and see what happens, unless anyone has another idea.
