HEADER BOLT stuck!!!!!!!!!

Default HEADER BOLT stuck!!!!!!!!!

I was about to take my header out . I cant get one of the bolt out. I stripped the bolt.....now im really in deep shyt. is there any special tool to cut the bolt ? there is barely no room for a ranch. wd40 wont do any good. vice grip wont do any good either. any suggestion about what I should do? im chaging header. guess i cnt for now...plz help......is there any shop that sepcialize in stuck bolt?

u try pressure pliers? (vice grips) that may help you out. was it so hard to turn that u stripped it? or did u just not have right size and were impatient? try tightening it back to the end, and spray pb penetrating oil on it,then loosen it.

They sell bolt out tools at Autozone, Advance, or Sears. Its basically a socket with a swirly teeth on the inside. Hammer it on the bolt real good and straight. Wd40 is ok but PB blaster is the best. Soak the nut real good then take your rachet to take it off. Make sure your rachet is straight when turning. GL! Don't waste your time with a Gator Grip they suck lol

I agree with the Gator Grip comment, I wasted my money on one of those and all it did was stipped the bolt I was working on out even worse than before I used it.

Is the head of the bolt stripped... or is the hole stripped?

the bolt out tool is your best bet. other then that your gonna end up fucking shit up
