do i do h2b or stay full h22 swap
do i put in ek
do i buy eg and put in eg
i havent driven or heard the 1/4 times for either setup so im trying to get an idea of which way to go h22 mount kit or h2b setup b series parts r usaully easy 2 come by. let me know tr what you think help scared and confused!

h2b is the way to go. eg is also a better way to go. h-series trannys are geared very long(compared to a bseries) i say sell the ek(if you have to, to buy a eg) and go h2b. worth every penny.

Everyone always says to put a K series in the civics
According to the Zealworks Transmission calculator, it looks like the H22a tranny is comparable to a GSR tranny, and a bit shorter geared than opposed to the LS tranny. The B16 tranny seems to be the shortest geared out of the bunch but there's a lot of different B series trannies, and if you do the H2B then you always have the option to run a F-series transmission seeing how they're interchangeable between the F and H.
So the question is... do you want shorter gears or longer ones? And can you afford the 800$ for the H2B conversion kit?
About the motor mounts, if your putting the H22 into an EK shell, then your going to need H22 EK Mounts, which you can get here:

If you'd like to take a peek for youself, here is a link to the calculator below:

Hope this helps you out.

thanks every one im gonna sell the prelude shell i have a 97 ek but i luv my eg's the money for the shell would go toward the swap parts such as mount kit or h2b stuff, h22 feels like just top end power like late 3rd to fourth
