In need of an engine hoist.....please help

Default In need of an engine hoist.....please help

Please help me out, can someone borrow me an engine lift/hoist? I will give someone $30 bucks to borrow one for 5 days. Im swapping my motor out and I didnt know advance or autozone didnt rent any. Im stuck please help. I have plenty of vouches on honda-tech.com .

never used a engine hoist in my life! lol everytime my boys and me do a swap we always drop the swap out the bottom.

+1 that's what I did..

You just jack the car high enough to get the motor onto a cart and wheel the beast out!

or get the car on jack stands(as high as you can get it to make sure the motor clears when you slide it out) then put a jack under the motor(undo mounts) and lower it slowly

not too hard
