Do another compression test but this time put a cap full of oil in the number 1 cylinder. If the numbers come up signifigantly then its the rings, if it stays a 135 then most likely a valve.

Helps seal the rings temporarily. If the rings are bad it will boost pressure way up in the cylinder. If the valve is bent it will most likely stay the same pressure.

no it changed alot it went from 135psi to 225psi why such a jump??

well if there is a cracked ring wouldn't it lose pressure not gain it by adding oil? shouldn't seep down the cylinder wall?

The oil seals the ring temporarily, increasing the pressure. This trick helps you identify if its a ring problem or a valve problem, because like has been said before if its the valve the pressure won't change.
