chances are only a very small part of the seal broke therefore seperating the seal without breaking any plastic pieces is gonna be hard to do. Id keep the moisture in there untill you can afford a whole new assembly but before you buy the assembly try to seperate the seal dry preferably do it on a day that isnt humid and do it inside when the AC has been on for most of the day (you want the area to be as least humid as possible). Then seal the hell outta it. If you got it all back together without breaking anything put it on and save your money. If you broke something buy a new assembly. They can be brittle when breaking the seal.
I have had the same problem and my best info would be to go to a junk yard and find an integra im guessing And just buy the headlight off of them. Its real cheap and you might find something else youll need.
