high compression rods?

alright well ive already got the b16 block and the GSR block i can get no problem so its probably just going to be one of those two, but thanks for the input anyway

^if you have a gsr block use it,if its bare find a nice ls b18b crank to use in it..it will take more compression then that in a b16 to get 200. and if your going to spray it make sure your ring gap is set perfect for it,and if useing hbeam rods use Hd"race"acl or clevite bearings

damn you guys are making me wonder what setup im wanting to use lol did some research and i can get a b20 block for 150, so idk my build may be changing soon lol what can the b20 rev out to? ill probably be using my built b16 head( Skunk2 stage 3 cams, Skunk2 tuner series springs and retainers) thanks again rep is going to be given for all the help

if you get a b20 block your canyt use your pistons you would need to buy another set..a bseries can rev out to what ever your parts can handle

its all good im pretty early in the stages of my build(except the head) so i can change it around and not hurt my pockets too bad( im in chicago right now and theres some guy selling all kinds of brand new b-series parts for dirt cheap) thanks again rang

ehh my brother had those cams in his GSR and it rode out nice, i can only get so much stuff where im at now so im working with what i have ya know, hopefully it turns out good
