I'm having almost the same problem as you are, it's like there is a ghost foot hitting my gas and the throttle is jumping back and forth and idling real bad. We can use some help please guys!

My Accord revs when cold, then slows once it warms up.

Set the idle either for when it's warm, or set it for when it's cold, so it won't stall on you.-Bob

I had the same problem with my 92 Accord LX, this is what I did...

Check your FITV it's on the right side of your intake manifold just behind your fuel rail. Take the three Phillips head screws out of the lip and with your fingers gently tighten the donut valve until it is snug, then replace the cap. Then go over to your IACV with is right beside it and bolted directly to the front of the intake manifold with a plug running into it. Unplug it and take out the 10 or 12mm bolts, then spray some carborator cleaner through it and replace.

Let me know if this helps and i'll see if I can aide furthur assistance.

Fitv - accord image by 93egsedan on Photobucket

Here you can see the FITV (Fast Idle Thermo Valve) circled in Yellow and in Red is the IACV to help you find it.
