Default EF hatch Build

I just picked up a EF hatch with a B18A1 swap and I was wondering what my options for turbo would look like. Everyone I've talked to is telling me to LS/V then boost but I have to do this on a budget so I'm gonna keep the LS. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Boost it...nice log manifold, garret turbo, good wastegate/bov/intercooler, and some piping. You can use dsm 450cc injectors and depending on if your obd0 or obd1 you will have to acquire the appropriate tuning software.

Found out it's OBD0. How hard would it be to convert?

Not very hard at all. Its non vtec and already multiport..so just a jumper harness and obd1 distributor would be all youd need.

Or stay obd0 and tune it...turboedit works just fine and you use freelog for your datalogger.

I'd love to stay but almost every turbo set up I've seen was converted. Plus I really wanna run HONDATA S200. My boy back home has one for me so all i gotta do is build it and he'll take it to his friend to tune it.

Then do that route. If someone was GIVING me hondata then I would have converted...but until that happens obd0 ftw lol

It works fine...I do my own tuning though and am familiar with crome and turboedit. With both programs you use freelog as your datalogger so that also made it a bit easier when I started messing with turboedit. The main problem with obd0 is finding a tuner in this area that will tune with turboedit. Between my friend and I we have all the parts including the ostrich, chip burner, software, wideband, and experience. You will need a chipped obd0 ecu which is also easy to do.

s200 is a better platform for tuning but I am saying that for a basic boosted or N/A setup, turboedit works just fine.
