Got to take my prelude up to ct and i was just wondering if you think a 95 obd1 engine would pass emmision standards

in what? i'm from ct, as far as i know if it was originally an ob2 car and you have an obd1 engine, it will not pass, if it was originally obd0 and now obd1 than your good, also with no cat forget it. you always get 2 passes for free, if you fail you get another test for free after you fix it, also to register there with your florida title, you will need to get a temp tag first then go to emissions, after you pass you can get a real registration, if your keeping your florida tag, than dont even worry about it. also be ready to get raped at the ct dmv on charges
unless you know a tech that will pass another car through the machine for you
aka a stock honda civic/prelude/pinto whatever as long as the nox and co2 emissions are good according to your years emission standards, and the decibel levels coming from the exhaust are withing the states standards
In laymans terms
They do inspections everywhere there.(Dealerships, shops, etc) At these places usually they have unmodded cars. If you know the tech, or maybe if you toss him some extra $. He/she might pass another car through the machine to fool it into thinking its yours. Thus printing out the awesome sticker you get on your window. You will have to have the car inspected every year. It sucks i know
