Default severe bogging and not advancing.

my car is severaly fucking up, it wont advance and is bogging like mad almost totally undriveable. i was on the highway and it has done it before just never so bad, and it will only do it when i drive the car for like 45 min or more without stopping. but now it seems to be totally fucked up i cant even drive it.

but when i turn the key(not start it) just turning the key to just before you start it i hear something turning on in the engine bay, it sounds fucked up though i used to hear the noise but it sounded way differant. what i need to know is what the fuck am i hearing i had my dad turn the key and i tried to listen to see where its coming from but i have no clue.

also if this helps the car is better when there is no load on the engine. when it started to fuck up on the highway and it wouldnt advance i put it in nuetral and revvd the engine and it advanced just fine, then i put it in gear and back to shit bogging.

the only engine code i get is the IACV but i took it off and its not clogged and i have always had the code but i dont think even if it was bad it would fuck up my car like that

code 9 = distributor issue. Try another distributor assembly or check your wiring.
Make sure your "code 1" is not a "code 10"..... A QUICK flash is a code 1.
A long single flash is a code 10. (Intake air temperature sensor)
