whats vafc and how does it work do i need it on a b17a with adjustable camgears and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. do i already have it stock

A VAFC allows you to change your vtec crossover point and also allows you to change how long your injector stays open in 500 rpm increments. You dont already have one stock. I wouldnt worry about getting one on a relatively stock motor once you get your basic bolts on and a cam then Id start looking into getting one at that point.
