Default Need AC Help!!!

All ac line flushed...new expansion valve...condenser...no leaks...low pressure line feels cold...high pressure line is really hot( dont think its supposed to be) compressor is kicking but ac is not cold...PLEASE HELP ITS HOT AS HELL! Thank You in advance!

yes low=cold high=hot..u sure you got the right presure of refrigerent in there.and when changing the Expansion valve did you change out the dryer?what car is it the Evap may be crappy and crusted out not letting the cool refrigerent thru

its a 99 civic i have a new evap just havent put it in but will do that asap and i didnt know that there was a specific refrigerent pressure
