id say go to discount and get the aircraft paint removal and itll just bubble up and you can spray it right off dont inhale the fumes it can give you cancer. dont let it touch your skin kind gives a burn but that lets you know its workin its quick cheep and fun.

you have to take that risk when you spray paint over the clear coat like that. best thing is to take the tires off and strip them down to the bare metal and fix the imperfections have them primered and painted the stock silver color.

 

well then just try to wet sand the black down. your going to get the clear coat some but if your going to get them powercoated then it shouldnt be a huge concern.

 

then your just going to have to use paint stripper on them then and just wait till they get powdercoated for thek to look good again.
