My foglight went out

alirght i got a 99-00 style yellow foglight on my civic. Once in a while they would go out so i pull the fuse out and plug it back in and they turn on again. well now only my left foglight wont turn on. may its a bulb. can someone tell me what size bulb i need and where can i get it? also can someone tell me what amp fuse i should be using?

why the bump? you got an answer..heres an even more simplified answer just incase you dont believe ^^

take the bulb out
put it in your pocket
Go to store(autozone or some shit)
Pull out of pocket
go to isle with bulbs
Compare til you find one that looks the same
Buy it
Put it in
and done

+1 In addition, I put a non-oxidizing phone company grease on the contacts. You might also do a continuity test to see if the bulb is dead, or it you have a wiring problem.

If the fuse were blowing, the amperage might be important.
