Rebuilt LS. Has SPARK AND FUEL, but wont start

off timing? spark plug wires are put in wrong order.

Got the car to start.... But the timing belt adjustment is all out of wack. I can not get it tight to save my life. one side will get tight, and the other loose. both sides will b tight and the top is loose... .idk. i have been fucking wit this car for over a week now. its my first honda, and i just want it to run. the guy who owned the car prior to me was a dumb fuck. so! plz i need help.

To get the belt tight, on some cars, some people loosen the tensioner,
pull the belt backwards slightly to take up the slack, then retighten the tensioner...................are we presuming that the
timing marks line up properly?-Bob

tighten the tensioner rotate the motor by hand 4 times and line up the marks again to check and pop the tensioner loose and retighten.
