Default d16z6 timing belt help

"if i have the timing cover off, can i change the timing belt without taking off the crank pulley? i dont have an ipact to take it off with." thats the question my brother asked me in Pcola. cananyone shed light on this for me ive never owned a d series nor have i ever messed with one... thanx

Yes you will need to take off the crank pulley. You will need the removal tool...
