yeah 65 would be fine your biggest thing will be the intake. Go with the skunk2 pro series..... What exactly are you building?

Im running a bone stock b18b and i just put a 70mm BBK T/B on and yes! i get AWSOME Throttle responce and i dont know what else it is doing but i can tell you that i also pull alot more off the line. s oit uped my tor. also. my over all top end has gone down a little bit but thats alright with me. I blocked all vacume lines going to the T/B and just ran the Map from the manni itself. Works great!

 

do you have stock cams?guess from the info i will stop and get the 65mm sounds like my safest bet

 

Like I said before the professional products one is nice. Only $150 for a TB with a 68-65mm taper.

 

it will not hurt power negatively peak # wise. if anything youll definately gain there. but it may take the motor a while to catch up to a huge throttle body, and therefor youll more than likely lose some power under the curve. i have a 65mm tb on my setup and i love the way it runs. i would agree with the rest. 65mm on the inside is the biggest id go. i think mine is 68-70mm at the intake, and 65mm at the manifold opening and matches my skunk2 manifold perfectly.
