Default I wanna re-cover my headliner

Its a 97 civic coupe. Anyone have any write-up's from here or H-T that may give any little pointers? I'm sure I can figure it out but little tips here and there always help when it comes to doing this stuff!

Thanks!

well I have replaced a few in my day, and all I can say is. take your time. be very careful not to lose your hardware( it's a bitch to match up some of the stuff that they give you) When you run the wiring harness for the dome lights. make sure no bare wire is exposed. The last thing you need is to spend all the time putting a new one in, and turning on the dome lights and having the lights short to ground because you left wire exposed. Doing headliners may look tuff, but they really aren't. Also it might be easy for you if you take the front seats out to get the old liner out, and be careful with the trim pieces as well. If you get finger prints on it, any real good cleaner will take care of that problem. good luck with your project!

I've done one in my previous mk4 jetta. THAT was difficult! I think the civic should be a tad easier. Any idea of how much material I should get? And also what did you use to mate the fabric? I head 3M Super 90 or contact cement
