V-AFC v-tec engagement

I have a 2000 prelude I installed a v-afc correctly all the wires are right. The unit works well fuel curves sensorsand low cam engagement but the high cam engagement point I set does not work.
Does anyone else have this problem or info to help fix?

check the vtm wire that it is hooked up tightly. if there is no conection no vtec controler.
