Yo, I need alittle help with my wifes teg. Alright this is whats happening with the car. The car in the morning fine but when I get to work and try to start her up again she wont start. But when I leave work again at the end of the day she starts up fine. I'm thinking it has to be distributor or fuel pump. But I would like to know if this has happened to anyone else, also the car when accelarating it is really sluggish like shes missing something, but I dont know which route to take. So any info will help to fix the problem.

Check the ignitor inside the distributor cover. Buy a new one and replace it and see if that fixes the problem. If it doesn't just return the ignitor because they are like $70.

I Ordered The Part But Another Question Is If The Ignitor Is Going Bad Will That Make The Check Engine Light Come On. Cause I Had A Civic That Had The Dizzy Bad But It Would Make The Check Engine Light Come On. Another Thing To When The Car Would Finally When The Car Would Start Black Smoke Would Start Comeing Out The Exhaust And It Would Smell Bad When She Would Start. Would That End Up Being The Ignitor. I'm Just Trying To Break It Down To Fix The Car.
