Hey Genius If You Swap A B16A Head Onto A GSR It Will Lower Your Compression Not Raise It. Do Some Research

B16A =Bigger Combustion Chamber = Better Flow +Lower Compression
You Pick Up Flow But Lose The Compression...If Its Just The Head Your Swapping It Works Out To Be About The Same. So Not Worth It
