i had this saaame issue wit my tensioner bolt ...i removed the mount ..power steering and took a grinder to it and shaved the head of the bolt all the way down...i got a couple of knicks on the tensioner pulley but it still worked perfect! i try all of the above and i also welded a 14 wrench to the bolt and nothing ....so trust me i know what im talkin about
