jdm d15b question

what would happen if i put a jdm d15b head on a d15b7 block i believe the stroke is different in the two blocks i just wanted to know how much different it would be..... or if its not even worth it

its called a mini-me swap, ive done many of those. it would run as a regular d16z6.

1. d16z6 timing belt
2. d16y8 head gasket
3. civic hx spark plugs
