Im thinking of doing a big brake upgrade on my eg possibly the fastbrakes 11 kit. I found the article on the hybrid page about using redrilled prelude rotors and accord calipers but I dont like the idea of grinding down the caliper bracket. Also the word on the street is that the 92-95 si/ex and the teg all have the same front brakes?

i would just get some gsr fronts and then if you have an si which will have back disc brakes leave the back be if its an si. the gsr front brake swap is so easy its not even funny just a bit messy when it comes to the brake lines.

The EX and Si have the same rotor but I think they have a different caliper I forget.
Unless youre heavily into roadracing Id just go for a set of Brembo blanks all around and some decent pads. Just picked up a set of Hawk HPS and they arent too bad. Ive also heard good things about Carbotech.

I was also thinking of just upgrading to some metal master pads all around and running stock rotors but will that be enough with the b18c in there. oh yeah I do no road racing.

With a good set of pads I dont see why that wouldnt be sufficient. Only draw back to getting higher performance pads though is increased rotor wear but thats the price you pay for better braking.
Since you dont road race there isnt really a need for a big brake upgrade. The larger swept area resulting from those kits are as much for stopping power as they are for greater heat reduction so I wouldnt worry about for normal street driving or autocross.
