sorry i dont know much about k-series! but i heard there are people selling k-pro ecu's for like 750 -900 depending on the person.

 

yea, you may want to stick with your teg. not to sound like an ass, so please don't take it that way, but if you're trying to figure out "whats cheaper" instead of "what performs better" k series is not for you. I'm telling you from first hand experience, I've tried to build a k motor twice now, and the amount of money just creeps to high.

man i didn't know you were looking for a different route than kpro. a prc (dc5-r) ecu will work fine until you save up. lol then send that ecu out to get pro'd

 

couldn't have said it any better. I have the slowest k-series build evar because of the prices lol and i'm trying to do shit the right way.

 

i bet that hatch doesnt look half as clean as yours, just cause it has a k swap doesnt mean its fast.

 

its built. and idc what it looks like , i can always do body work to it , and paint it. or just keep it trashy(if it is)
