an aic valve from a 92+ civic should work if yours doesnt... a gsr one will not though.

SHOULD I GO FOR A SKUNK THEN OR WILL I RUN TO THE SAME PROBLEMS AND YES ITS A 1ST GEN B16 PLEASE LIST ALL PARTS SORRY FOR CAPS FORGOT!

Well thanks for the the tips I also checked out the site and it gave me most of the info i think i need which is change fuel rail iac valve and that should be it but if theres more tips and tricks lemme no THANX!
