the teeth are most likely stripped on the pulley that go around the snout of the crank and the bolt is backing out. get a new pulley, also you could have messed up your main bearings with the pulley coming off all the time.

do some searching and you will see. The pulley keeps the crankshaft balanced, also if it comes off it could crack the oil pump. I know all these things from expierence.

The torque spec on that bolt is massive. Like 160 lb+

Also try some blue loctite, or red but dont expect it to ever come off if you want it to again.

i cant have it permanent in there.. what about when i have to replace my timing belt?? and other stuff?? nooo

im going to get a another pulley from a user here and putting it on then im going to a shop to get it impacted there.. hopefully that will bring a solution to that...

does anybody know where they sell the hexagon key that holds the crank pulley while you turn it?? i got and auto so no shifting into gear and holding the brake..

and i did called honda land and they said that they didnt sell it which i found odd.... but they seem to not be too helpful regardless......

thx for the imput guy you all been rep'd...
