So i rode in the donor car before the motor was pulled and it ran clean... Now that i've swapped it into my hatch, i was throwin a distributor code an my idle was all fucked up.. So i replaced the dizzy with a good one, an now the car fires up no problem, but when its under any load "turns lights on, turn a/c on, ect" it shakes a little an stalls sometimes/other times it stays running but just idles at veryyyy low rpm's.. Since its a DX i have no tach yet, but my guesstimate is accurate... Also, it smells like fuel pretty fierce so im kinda thinkin my timing may be off, but how could that be when i just drove in the car that the motor was in an it rode fine..?? And the motor sat for only like 2 days before it went in my car..??

Rundown - No CEL's, Running Rich, Car wants to stall after u let off the gas when u rev it up, Under any load it wants to stall also, when its warmed up the car runs fine but still smells like fuel pretty bad... I've checked all grounds, checked all connections, changed injectors with those from old motor, put new plugs/wires/cap/rotor/dizzy, and i've checked numerous wires with my multimeter for continuity and for ohm readings and from what i can tell everythings fine...

 

FIXED IT..!!!!! AND FOR ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS ISSUE YOU CAN BET UR SWEET CULO ITS MOST LIKELY UR PROBLEM AS WELL..!!

ok so i swapped out the Z6 throttle body for my B7 throttle body, plugged in the old "known working MAP & TPS sensors" WALLAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH..!!!!! she started right up, idled awesome, and hasnt dropped RPM's since, even works fine with the a/c on and everything..!!!
