Default Bumping and noise from front right wheel? 99 Civic..

Hi all... My 4dr civic is having this weird problem when im driving..

it starts to bump and a slight noise from the passenger front wheel..

first i thought it was the tire and rim... changed it already twice..

still does it...

it happens at about 45 mph and above..

its enough to shake the steering wheel a bit..

any ideas on what to look for??

well thats about right, what that bushing does is keep your wheel from moving back. i.e the faster you go the more forsce it puts on it then when you slow it shakes, thos bushings go wear down giving more room for the wheel to move,
