Default Have you done th Energy Suspension Full Kit?

I was thinking about doing it, but I've heard mixed reviews from various sites.

Have you done it, and what do you think?

I have a 2000 Civic EX coupe.

I have the full kit on both my Civic and CRX and I am very happy with it. Saw the improvements the first time I took the cars out to autocross.

The installation is a bitch (I helped David with some of it) but worth it.

I want to do my daily d hatch next.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

I want to get it for my hatch but money and time keep me from doing it. My buddy did his DA with it and the car handles much better. As said above though...install is a beotch...especially rear trailing arms.

^ rear trailer arm bushings don't come with the kit that's why buying the kit is no good irts cheapper to buy everything seprate from autozone I.e shifter/upper/lower/shock/rackpionion/and tierod bushings you wil be so happy with the feel of how much tighter it is. And install only sucks if you don't have a press...if u have a press its so easy and faster

Yea we had no press lol...we had to cut them out by hand without damaging the surface...took forever.

We ordered the trailing arm bushings when we ordered the total vehicle kit.

Autozone sells the polyurethane ones? I thought they only carried stock replacement.

I have them full front rear upper lower RTA's shifter etc. They are GREAT. Its not harsh and almost just felt more solid. I have noticed one squeak after about 5 months and it only happens when I pull up into the driveway, and the rta sometimes when I get out of the car.. but you can never hear them in the car or while driving down the road.
