How do I get this damn thing off my Si!! (Comptech rear tie)

Its the lower tie/sway combo I got the sway off Taylor explained how to do the tie earlier thanks bro.

I need to jack up the control arm to take the support off of the main bolt throught the tie bar

No you dont.
The only reason youd need to jack up the control arm is if you took out the bolt holding the arm to the hub.
All you need to do is undo the bolt place a wrench behind the bolt head and pull the bolt out with the wrench while turning the bolt with a ratchet. Simple.
