Default turbo ls or gsr?

I've got my money right and I want to build a turbo integra, but i have gotten many different theories and Ideas on which engine to boost, I've heard that the best engine to boost is an ls, but everything I've read suggest you can get more power out of a gsr, which is the best build in terms modification, reliability, and money which would you go for?

your call. i would go LS vtec turbo. that will put out a nice amount of power and you can use the stock set up with the exception of injectors and be set. that is my opinion though. if you want i will sell you a b16 head. perfect condition. just hit me up if you are intrested. thats my opinion though and that is my way of helping you as well

depends on what you are looking for and how much money you want to spend.
i have had both ls turbo and ls/vtec turbo and loved both.

GSR Turbo> Ls turbo. But turbo cars in general are not for the faint of heart. It takes knowledge, money and time to do it right.

GSR > LS

Ive got a Jdm B18c and N/A wouldn't have it any other way..

Heres some $$$ questions you gotta ask yourself:

-How much you looking to spend on going turbo + engine swap??
-You looking to build the bottom end to handle boost and how much hp you looking for???
-What turbo size and manifold set-up top mount, ramhorn or log manifold etc?

The decision is yours to decide not ours, You need to do lots of research before you start buying random parts you don't need or get half way through the build and not finish.

Id set your goals on a realistic set-up and in your price range.

hope this helps getting you in the right direction, good luck!

I would not waste money on that Greddy turbo kit.. Your better off piecing together a better kit for that kind of money.. what are you planing to do about fuel system and tunning??

What engine do you have now?

You only have 5gs then go LS/Vtec and do mild boost with t3 turbo on log manifold. You could probably do some internal work with part of the money while your doing the vtec conversion.

Id start researching for local shops to do this also if your not DIY.

YOU could also think about staying N/A. GSR swap having a reliable set-up tuned and maybe nitrous..
