I did a bunch of research into this area and found the Brian Crower cams and the Skunk2 cams to be the best on the market. I picked up a set of used BC0012's a month back for a good price. You should be able to find some nice used Skunk2s without a problem. Browse Honda-Tech, as they are pretty much nation wide, meaning you can pretty readily get your hands on some nice used cams. Just ask for real detailed pics before pay-paling the money!!

But yeah, Skunk2 stage 1 tuner cams will flow real well on a B16A. I wouldn't bother with the Skunk2 Stage 2s unless you're going to be pushing more air, like a B18A/B/C would. I would also stay away from stage 2s unless you're planing to raise compression.

Also, upgrade your valve train to aftermarket stuff. I personally would stay away from titanium retainers, meaning stay away from all Skunk2 retainers and almost every other spring retainer manufacturer. I picked up the Brian Crower BC0010S spring set to mate with my cams. The BC0010S set uses steel alloy retainers. Though steel alloy isn't as light as titanium, they are lighter than OEM and stronger, and will wear just as well as OEM.
