the EF EG EK are all chassis codes based on the VIN, all USDM "EF" hondas are actually "ED" if you have a true JDM 88-91 CRX or civic its an EF

dont believe me? look at your vin, it should be JH%ED#...... i forgot what the % is, and the # is what specific ED chassis you have, the 88-89 rex, 90-91 hatch, etc

one made in japan of the exact same year and model will be JH%EF#.....






so we all WANT EFs, and we call them EFs, but they are actually EDs

LOL... EE Wagon. But by years it is an EF.. Just honda got lazy on changing the EE to EF on the 88-91 wagon...

My wagon sports a EE Wagon sticker! But it's still an EF too
