Im not a mechanic by profession but if the engine is leaking oil and coolant and is smoking isn't that the head gasket?

What color is the smoke? Where is it leaking from?

white smoke from the driver side
seems like its coming out from under the upper belt cover

if it's coming from where the head and the block mate, either your headgasket is blown, the head wasn't torqued down properly, or your head is warped.

yea i jjust got my engine rebuilt

water is seeping out the backside of cylinder 2/3 and water in the cylenders

took it to honda for a diagnostic and they said it was so bad that they couldn't touch it. headgasket is gushing water from 2/3 and oil is coming out of every seal. They wouldn't let me take it out because it was declared not safe to drive. the guy felt so bad he didn't charge for the diagnostic and offered a free tow.
