91 boosted b18a1 7 psi 10 psi 14 psi 250,677 miles stock motor arp headstuds.She lasted about 2 months but i beat it hard every single day every gear lol.Tonight we had our last race before she gave out 93 hatch FULLY built gsr 2 gear roll he jumped a half car then i started pulling in third on him the he hit the brakes because of traffic in front of us.But i would have had em! about ten minutes later i was riding about 50 and i heard a nasty dirty knock of death i knew it was over so i turned on a good slow song hit the interstate and reminisced on the good old times......Then she started to shake and smoke then somthing flew out the block leaving a hole the size of a sandwich lol.But lucky for me i got another b18a1 im doing a full build on starting next week so she will be back and better then ever soon.Thanks for reading.

nice, story of a honda owner. buy, boost, blow, build, boost, be broke... what are the specs on the new motor?

 

My brother ran 17lbs of boost on a precision sc60 turbo on a stock b18b1 block for about 5-6 months before we lost the ringlands and fully built the motor. He beat the hell out of that car every weekend.

lol ^ all motor baby............ Sorry about your loss but, atleast you have a good attitude about it. I would have done the same thing. Whats done is done and just hope I get home with out a tow truck.

 

im going to get the car from McDonalds today ill get some pics then.Im not to sure about the build i got some eagle rods and arp bolts so far.i guess i can start with getting it sleeved
