is it possible

is it possible to fit a h22 vtech head on a b18?
i honestly dont see how that could work ,
supposly its called a 'frankenstein'

Its kinda like the H2b tranny swap. On the H2B tranny swap u use a adapter plate same thing with putting the H22 head on the B18 block they sell a adapter plate to mate the head on the block, but u have to use CTR pistons or a higher compression rate piston to get the needed compression to run that head on that block
